FIRST OF IT’S KIND IN A LONG TIME: ABSU HOLDS PROMOTION EXAMS.
Abia State University under have successfully conducted the 2020 and 2021 pre-promotion seminar for the Senior Administrative and Technical Staff (SATS) of the University, in what has been described as a first of it’s kind after a long while in the institution.
According to the Vice Chancellor, Professor M. O. Ogbulu, the objective of the exercise is not aimed at witch hunting any staff, but to sharpen the skills of staff for greater and more productive performance. The Vice Chancellor also seized the opportunity to reassure staff that welfare and efficiency remains a cardinal objective of his administration.
